Spare parts supply from LFM or HSM stock is a part of our service activity. In case of interest our technicians are able to service also machines of other manufacturers. |

| up to 2 days from defect notification (tel., fax, email) common practice is 24 – 36 hours |

Permanent availability of technician on the phone for support in simple cases

Technician readiness to go to customer´s operation up to 24 hours in case of special agreement up to 6 hours from defect notification
